I don't know what is going on with my title bar on the blog. It keeps shrinking and changing and I'm not sure why or how to fix it. It is really starting to bother me. I'm not going to mess with it any more. I've already tried to change it a few times. The photo used to be centered but now it isn't. Aargh!
